This page is a small snapshot of what has my attention right now. It changes slowly, usually when a theme keeps resurfacing across projects and notes.

• Revisiting evaluation design for narrow product workflows, especially where people still need fast human review.
• Watching how teams are turning agent demos into reviewable operational systems instead of endless prototype loops.
• Keeping quieter notes on retrieval quality, cache design, and the exact places where human handoff still matters.
• Trying to read less launch-day noise and more post-launch engineering writeups, retrospectives, and small implementation notes.

I have also been trying to keep my note-taking slower on purpose. Fewer tabs, fewer copied links, more time spent revisiting the same questions.
